What a day

What a day

Last week I ran my Courageous Leadership workshop with Dallas Campbell. I’ve just got the photos back, and they capture the day perfectly… a room full of people willing to look at what courageous leadership means in their lives and work.

Together we explored:

• having braver, values-led conversations

• stepping into leadership before we feel “ready”

• the difference between managing and leading

• how to support each other through uncertainty

• and the idea that courage isn’t something you have, it’s something you practice

Dallas brought his trademark mix of storytelling and candour (plus a lot of laughter!), which added something really special to the room.

These participants summed up the day beautifully:

“An inspiring day of reflection, open conversation and practical learning about what it truly means to lead with courage.” — Ashleigh
“The perfect balance of learning new things and learning from other people.” — Rebecca
“An inspiring day with open, thought-provoking conversation.” — Danna

The photos capture this beautifully, moments of connection, deep thinking, and joy.

Dallas and I are already planning more workshops for 2026, including more Courageous Leadership and How to Be Brilliant at Communication and Public Speaking. I’m really excited about what next year holds.

If you’d like to hear more, or if you’re interested in bringing something like this into your organisation, just reply to this email and I’ll make sure you’re on the list.

Here’s to braver leadership, bolder conversations, and courage in the new year!
